In celebration of the Redington Beach Garden’s Club 60th birthday, members installed a Butterfly Garden in Friendship Park on March 17th. The Garden Club president, Zoe Roseman, presented wings to Redington’s Beach City Commissioner Fred Steierman. Wilcox Nursery’s Arnold Arutkis and Garden Club members were busy as bees planting the buzzworthy botanicals including passion flower, scarlet sage, beach mist, rosenflower, green eyes and scrub mint. Located across from Redington Beach Town Hall on 164th, Friendship park will host an Easter Egg hunt Saturday, March 26 from 9:45 a.m. – 11 a.m..
