This update will focus on the Large Resort (LR) and Town Center (TC-1, TC-2) land use categories, ensuring they reflect current trends and future possibilities. Pinellas County Federal Hurricane Recovery Grant

Pinellas County has been awarded the largest federal hurricane recovery grant in Florida: more than $813 million. These Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery funds are intended to help people hit hardest by the 2024 storm season.
