Palm Court Italian Grill – Valentine’s Day – 5 – 10 p.m.
Special holiday menu includes:
- 14oz Ribeye Served with Sherry Buttered Mushrooms, Truffle Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables ($48)
- Mediterranean Salmon Served over Lobster and Crab Stuffed Ravioli in a Sherry Lobster Sauce with Seasonal Vegetables ($42)
Each of the above meals is also served with a Chocolate Tort Topped with Strawberries

- Third Course – Caramelized Sea Scallops ($33) or Lavender & Honey Grilled Rack of Lamb ($43)
- Fourth Course – Strawberry Basil Crème Brulee ($14)
