1- Museum of Fine Arts Re-opens to the Public
The Museum of Fine Arts in downtown St. Petersburg opens to the public this Saturday, September 19th after their soft opening for members last Saturday. To help monitor capacity limits, all visitors, including MFA Members, need to reserve a timed-entry ticket in advance before coming to the Museum. Info
2- Madeira Beach Music & A Movie
Madeira Beach is having another drive-in movie this Friday, September 18th 6pm and this time they are adding music! The movie will be ‘School of Rock’ and the local act is ‘The Highrollers.’ Parking spaces and socially distance reserved seating spots are still available. Get tickets here.
3- Decorate a Square for the Black Lives Matter CommUnity Quilt
The CommUnity Quilt will be made up of hundreds of quilt squares decorated by the community, sharing their own stories. The quilt squares are free and can be picked up at the St. Petersburg Museum of History during regular business hours. Once the squares are decorated, they can be returned to the Museum for collection. Learn more here.
4- Support Local at a Weekend Market
The Corey Avenue Sunday Market in St. Pete Beach, St. Pete Saturday Morning Market and Downtown Dunedin Saturday Market are all open with safe social distancing measures in place. Head out to one or all of these markets this weekend for the freshest produce and to support local!
5- Tampa Bay Watch’s Science Saturday at the Discovery Center
