Top 5 Weekend Events July 8-10th

1- Tampa Bay Watch Midsummer Cleanup
Join Tampa Bay Watch for their mid-summer community cleanups this Saturday, July 9th 9am-Noon at Grandview Park, Bartlett Park, and Coquina Key Park in St. Petersburg. This annual event is an effort to clean up after the Fourth of July celebrations. The cleanup efforts will focus along the shorelines, so please wear shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty, a hat, sunscreen, bug spray, and bring garden gloves & a refillable water bottle. Long sleeves and long pants are recommended. Click here to register. 


2- St. Petersburg Second Saturday Art Walk
Explore St. Petersburg’s thriving arts districts every second Saturday of the month as galleries & studios stay open late (5-9pm) for St. Pete’s Second Saturday Art Walk. 3- Enjoy Live Music at the Rebecca Penneys Piano Festival
The Rebecca Penneys Piano Festival continues its 10th season this week! The Rebecca Penneys Piano Festival is a tuition-free festival bringing together 39 of the world’s aspiring collegiate classical pianists from 17 countries. 4- Visit The James Museums 
The James Museum is hosting an homage to nature this summer with their special exhibit ANSEL ADAMS: THE MASTERWORKS & CLYDE BUTCHER: AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL. The special exhibit highlights two masters of landscape photography showcasing the beauty, grandeur, and complexity of the American landscape through a series of distinctive, meticulously rendered black and white photographs.
