2- American Stage in the Park Presents FOOTLOOSE
Get ready to kick off your Sunday shoes as the high-energy pop musical FOOTLOOSE dances into Demens Landing this weekend for American Stage in the Park’s 2022 production. Based on the explosive rock-n-roll musical movie, this Broadway hit tells the story of Ren McCormack, a big-city teen who finds himself out of place in a rural town where dancing has been outlawed. 3- Fiesta on the Pier CANCELLED
Enjoy Tacos, Tequila, Margaritas, Mariachi Band, Mexican Band, and and much more at Spa Beach Park on the St. Pete Pier this Saturday, April 30th 1-9pm! It will be an amazing Cinco De Mayo party with authentic entertainment, drinks, food, and games on the amazing Downtown St Pete waterfront, beach access, and a 360 degree water views. $15+. 4- Unwind & Be Kind Cleanup at Indian Rocks Beach
Join Visit St. Pete/Clearwater and Keep Pinellas Beautiful this Friday, April 29th 10-11am for a beach cleanup at Indian Rocks Beach. After the cleanup, participants are welcome to stop by The Hyppo Gourmet Ice Pops cart onsite cleanup for a free reward treat! If you’re unable to attend the 10-11am cleanup, be sure to still stop by the Visit St. Pete/Clearwater tent until 3pm to help with the beach cleanup and grab a free ice pop! Sign Up Here.
5- Cheer on Participants in the St. Anthony’s Triathlon
The St. Anthony’s Triathlon returns to downtown St. Petersburg this weekend, April 30th-May 1st. St. Anthony’s Triathlon offers a safe and scenic waterfront course and high-caliber competition. There are three USA Triathlon-sanctioned races during the weekend: St. Anthony’s Triathlon, Sprint Triathlon, or the Meek & Mighty Triathlon. Click here for an event schedule and more information.
