#1 Madeira Beach Amphibious Trash Round-Up

Join Old Salts and Madeira Beach Recreation to clean Madeira Beach waterways and WIN prizes this Saturday, September 7th! Participate from either boat or land. This event will be held at the Madeira Beach Marina and lunch is provided for all participants. They will be handing out prizes in 8 Divisions:

Most Glass
Most Fishing Line / Gear
Most Plastic
Oldest Beer Bottle/Can
Strangest Item
Peoples Choice (favorite item)

#2 Howl-o-Scream Kicks Off

Get into the spooky spirit this weekend at Busch Gardens® Howl-O-Scream®. This annual scare-seeker event returns in full force this weekend, taking over the entire park with haunted houses, scare zones, sinister shows and more. Unspeakable horror lives in every dark corner, including on Busch Gardens’ pulse-pounding thrill rides. Howl-O-Scream is bringing fear to the next level and once you’re in there’s nothing to fear but everything. $50+.

#3 Gulfport’s First Friday

Visit Gulfport’s Art Walk this Friday, September 6th 5-9pm. Gulfport’s First Friday Art Walk welcomes the region’s most innovative artists for a showcase of creativity and community among the vibrant restaurants and storefronts along scenic Beach Boulevard. Free Event.

#4 Visit The Dalí Museum

Currently on special exhibit, Dalí’s Floral Fantasies features three rarely displayed suites of botanical prints made by Dalí between 1968 and 1972. Some of the best-loved works on paper in The Dalí Museum’s permanent collection, these astonishing works transform traditional renderings of fruits & flowers, reimagining them as surreal creations Pop art works.
