More than 350 local makers and small businesses are coming together at St. Petersburg’s Vinoy Park this weekend for LocalShops1’s Shopapalooza Festival. The 2-day extravaganza celebrates local businesses, local arts, local tastes, local music, and the local vibe that makes Tampa Bay such a special place. Free.

#3 Holiday Lights in the Garden
Holiday Lights in the Garden kicks off this weekend! The Florida Botanical Gardens Foundation will sparkle with 1 million, twinkling, LED lights in a multitude of colors. Vibrant laser lights and lighted figures round out their display to wow guests of all ages. Suggested $10 donation. This winter fundraiser runs from Friday, November 29th, 2024-Saturday, January 4, 2025 5:30-9:30pm nightly.

#4 St. Petersburg Santa Parade & Tree Lighting
Join the City of St. Petersburg this Saturday, November 30th 6:30pm in downtown St. Pete for a festive evening as they usher in the holiday season with St. Pete’s annual Santa Parade & Tree Lighting! The fun begins with the Santa Parade at 6:30pm, starting at Albert Whitted Park and twinkling down Bayshore Dr. to 5th Ave. NE. Shortly after the parade wraps up, they will light the tree in North Straub Park. Free event.

#5 Thanksgiving Tarpon Springs Arts & Crafts Fest
The Tarpon Springs Thanksgiving Art & Craft Festival is a holiday favorite that has been held in Tarpon Springs for more than three decades. It is always held during Thanksgiving weekend on Small Business Saturday (and Sunday), during one of the busiest shopping periods of the year. This year’s festival will take place this Saturday & Sunday 10-5pm in Downtown Tarpon Springs. Free event.
