#2 Gulfport’s Get Rescued

Once again, Gulfport goes to the dogs, kitties, skunks and other feathered and furry love-bugs this Saturday, February 22nd 10am-5pm for Gulfport’s Get Rescued. They’re not kitten around! This paw-some event has helped hound-reds of homeless animals find their ulti mutt fur-ever homes for 20 years.  The Animal Rescue Festival & Fun-raiser hosts up to 50 animal rescue groups, pet friendly vendors featuring animal related products, crafts, artwork and other curious treats. Additional activities include pet care education, a pet food & supplies drive, animal training & more.

#3 Safety Harbor Art and Seafood on the Waterfront

Head out to Safety Harbor’s Waterfront Park this Saturday & Sunday for their annual Art & Seafood on the Waterfront festival. The event will include some 50 national juried artists showcasing painting, sculpture, photography & more plus delicious seafood from local restaurants and food trucks, as well as Interactive art activities and a Kid’s Zone. A seafood contest and cash awards for top artists. Free general admission.

#4 St. Pete International Folk Fair

Head out to England Brothers Park in Pinellas Park this Saturday for St. Petersburgs’s International Folk Fair. Some two dozen ethnic groups from around the world will have villages set up to visit. There is also plenty of art, food, dance, and drinks. SPIFFS is the only independent multi-ethnic organization of its kind in the United States. $14/adult. $7/kid.

#5 Winter PRIDE Fest

Step into love and pride at Winter Pride 2025 this weekend! Hosted by Cocktail in St. Pete, this week-long festival features dance parties, trivia nights, a Drag Rocky Horror Picture dive-in movie, drag bingo, a street festival & concert night, and so much more. Their Street Fest is set for Saturday in St. Pete’s Grand Central District with local vendors galore, headliners, local entertainment, vendors and more for a lively street fest.
