The City of St. Petersburg and HKS Architects developed two conceptual master plans for the redevelopment of the 86-acre Tropicana Field Site, one including a baseball stadium and one without. Madeira Beach Waives Permit Fees for Eta Related Repairs

The City of Madeira Beach will be waiving permit fees for any interior demo and/or restoration repairs, due to Tropical Storm Eta, for the next 30 days, and will expire on Sunday, December 13th, 2020. Residents are still required to do the following prior to any type work being done. READ THE ARTICLE
