Celebrate Mojito Day on July 11th at Doc Ford’s

Doc Ford’s Rum Bar & Grille is celebrating National Mojito Day in July by giving away $100 restaurant gift cards, swag and free signature mojito glasses. The mojito madness begins Friday, July 5, and continues through National Mojito Day on Thursday, July 11. The weeklong celebration includes a chance to win each restaurant’s grand prize – a $100 gift card, shirt and mojito jars – by guessing the number of miniature clay key lime slices filling a gallon mojito glass. Customers visiting Doc Ford’s four locations can simply scan the restaurant’s unique QR code and enter their estimation. Winners will be notified via social media July 12.

Back to School Supply Drive St. Pete Beach

The City of St. Pete Beach is hosting a school supply drive this summer from June 1-July 27th. You can help local school-age children by donating the following preferred school supplies: backpacks, pencils, pens, paper, headphones, binders, highlighters. crayons, glue, notebooks, and rulers.Supply donations can be dropped off at the St. Pete Beach Library and/or St. Pete Beach Fire Station 23 during business hours.
