Wondering what to do with your Christmas tree? Many cities in Pinellas County Government offer free curbside Christmas tree pickup or you can drop your stripped tree off at Pinellas County Solid Waste Disposal Complex to be turned into mulch at $3.00 per load for up to 5 Christmas trees per load.

Every January, Mote hosts a science lecture series, now known as Mote-ivational Mondays, featuring Mote scientists who share their world-class research on Monday evenings.
