Maple Sesame Glazed Salmon
2 – 8oz Fresh Salmon
Marinade:
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 fresh lemon
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger puree
Mix all ingredients in blender. Rub With Marinade / Glaze. Refrigerate Salmon Overnight.
For The Cooking Process:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp sugar
In a medium, pre-heated, non-stick pan, melt butter and gently saute’ salt and peppered 8 oz. salmon, skin side up for 3 minutes. Flip over. Brush with glaze, and place in 325o oven for 6 minutes. Add to preferred or in-season locally grown organic vegetables. Cook to your desired doneness.
Espresso Martini
- 6 oz vodka
- 4 oz coffee liqueur
- 4 oz chocolate liqueur
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp espresso
- 1 tsp honey or agave sweetener
In a shaker:
Add all Ingredients and a large scoop of ice. Shake vigorously for 45 seconds. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and garnish the top with cocoa powder.
