Michael Raposa, CEO of St. Vincent de Paul CARES, shared his enthusiasm about the event: “Empty Bowls is more than just a fundraiser; it’s a powerful expression of community solidarity and compassion towards those facing hunger and homelessness. Every bowl purchased and every dollar raised brings hope and practical help to those in need.”
At 12:30 PM, the event will feature live testimonies from veterans and families who have been directly impacted by the support of St. Vincent de Paul CARES, sharing their journeys of resilience and hope. The silent auction will conclude at 1:45 PM, followed by the announcement of winners and final remarks.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supports this event, making it possible for us to continue our work. Together, we are making homelessness rare, brief, and one-time.
