Meals will be served for residents after 11AM, which will be available in **limited quantities.**

Available services will include electricity to charge mobile devices, water, snacks, blankets, cooling, bathrooms, and showers (mobile).


Additional Resources Available as of Sunday September 29th, 12PM

The National Guard is assisting the City of St. Pete Beach residents with DRIVE-THROUGH resource distribution at the St. Pete Beach Community Center. Resources include cases of water, MREs, and blue tarps to cover roofs and/or belongings.

Each vehicle will receive 2 tarps if needed, 3 cases of water, and 2 cases of MREs.

Residents can line up their vehicles at 76th and Boca Ciega Drive to enter parking lot of the Community Center, then follow the arrows through the pick-up stations exit onto 77th Ave and back to Blind Pass Road.

STORM DEBRIS DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS

The City of St. Pete Beach is working to clear street and beach debris as quickly as possible. Disaster Debris Monitoring and Debris Collection Contractors mobilized today and more instructions about the process and timing for collection are forthcoming. You can help by beginning to separate debris types to be removed by the city’s contractor(s):

  • Appliances: air conditioners, dishwashers, washer & dryers, refrigerators
  • Household Items: Sofas, tables, chairs, rugs
  • Construction Items: Carpet, drywall, lumber, plumbing
  • Yard Debris: Branches, leaves, logs, plants

Important notes:

  • Do not place yard debris in trash bags
  • Do not put construction materials in trash bins
  • Do not place debris near trees, poles, utility boxes, fire hydrants or other structures that would make debris removal difficult or dangerous
  • Do not place debris in alleyways or sidewalks
  • Do not place debris on streets or block roadways

FEMA ASSISTANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) assistance is now available to St. Pete Beach residents who experienced damages/losses due to Hurricane Helene. Disaster assistance may include financial help for temporary lodging, basic home repairs and other disaster-caused expenses. Eligible residents can apply online at DisasterAssistance.gov, using the FEMA app, or by phone at 1-800-621-FEMA (3362).
