St. Anthony’s Hospital health experts invite the community to attend seminars in January. Seminar topics include common injuries in active adults, weight loss surgery and smoking cessation. There also is a weekly session on diabetes management. The monthly seminars are free to the public.

Valuable tools are provided during this two-hour class to help you quit using tobacco including coping with cravings and physical and emotional symptoms. The class includes free aids to help quit using tobacco while supplies last.
