As you know, the most recent season of HGTV’s smash hit competition series Rock the Block was filmed in Treasure Island, Fla. The updated ratings are in, and the show delivered the network’s highest-rated series to-date in 2024, with the seven-episode season attracting 13.6 million total viewers.
Additionally, in its Monday timeslot, the series ranked as the #2 non-news/sports cable program among Upscale Women 25-54 and a top 5 non-news/sports cable program among Women 25-54 and Upscale Adults 25-54.
Fans were also highly engaged with Rock the Block content on HGTV’s digital platforms, delivering 2.8 million video views on HGTV’s Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), Instagram, TikTok and Threads and more than 3.8 million page views on HGTV.com.
In totality, the production hired more than 120 local crew and occupied more than 1,300 hotel room nights resulting in more than $1.3 million in local spend in Treasure Island.
