Northeast Exchange Club’s Ribfest 2015, presented by Bright House Networks Business Solutions was a very successful year. Three days of great Florida weather brought over 35,000 people to the 27th Ribfest fundraiser on the waterfront in downtown St. Petersburg.
The venue, National touring artists on the Fran Haasch Law Group Stage, local bands performing on the Guardian Trust Stage and 14 rib teams from across the country make Northeast Exchange Club’s Ribfest one of the premier festivals in the United States.
The members from the Northeast Exchange Club of St. Petersburg were elated to raise a total of $350,000 and have donated to these 33 charities: Academy Prep, Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, Angels Against Abuse, Beth Dillinger Foundation, CASA, Chart 411, Clearwater for Youth, Clothes To Kids, Creative Clay, Eckerd Community Alternatives, Family Partnership, Family Promise, Great Explorations Children’s Museum, Habitat for Humanity, Kinds Mouse, Leadership St Pete (Alpha House), Make A Wish, Pace Center for Girls, PAL, Pinellas Education Foundation, Ready for Life, Salvation Army, Shepard’s Village, Shriners, St. Petersburg Free Clinic, St. Vincent DePaul, Suncoast Center/Parent Aide, Suncoast Voices for Children, Tampa Bay Watch, USF Family Study Center, USO Tampa Airport, YMCA, YWCA.
