Drive by Book Drop at Gulfport Public Library
GOT BOOKS? If you’ve been reading your way through the pandemic and now find yourself inundated with books, the Circle of Friends of the Gulfport Public Library is sponsoring a socially/physically distanced Drive By Book Drop (2 box limit) this Saturday, December 19th. Volunteers will accept newish books and current magazines in good condition for resale in the Library Bookshop. CLICK HERE to learn more.
Madeira Beach Extends Permit Fee Waivers
The City of Madeira Beach will continue to waive permit fees for any interior demo and/or restoration repairs, due to Tropical Storm Eta, for the next 30 days, and will expire on Monday, January 11th, 2020. Residents are required to at least register with the City’s Building Department and supply documentation/pictures of the damage before work can take place. CLICK HERE to learn more.
