Treasure Island, in partnership with the Treasure island & Madeira Beach Chamber of Commerce, is suspending parking fees in the city-owned parking lots through September 30th. This action is taken in support of local businesses that have been impacted by Red Tide.
All city parking kiosks have been bagged. All parking rules including no overnight parking and no double space parking remain in effect.
The City maintains parking at the following locations:
SUNSET BEACH PARKING

· Sunset Inn, West Gulf Boulevard & 79th Avenue
· Tern Lot, West Gulf Boulevard at 77th to 79th Avenues
· Ring-Billed Gull Lot, West Gulf Boulevard & 81st Avenue
· Black Skimmer Lot, West Gulf & 80th Avenue
· Brown Pelican Lot, West Gulf Boulevard & 88th Avenue
MID-ISLAND PARKING
- 99th Avenue street parking
- Sandpiper Lot, Gulf Boulevard & 100th Avenue
- 103rd Avenue street parking
DOWNTOWN PARKING
- Gulf Front Park Lot, 104th Avenue & Gulf Boulevard
- 106th Avenue street parking
- Community Center Lot, 106th Avenue & Park Place
- City Hall Lot, 108th Avenue
SUNSHINE BEACH PARKING
- Sunset Vista Lot, 120th Avenue & Gulf Boulevard
