Beer Yoga in the Garden

Calling all yoga and brew lovers! Starting March 27th, you can can connect at Grand Central Brewhouse for Beer Yoga!
Every fourth Sunday of the month, Crystal Kage will lead yogis through Vinyasa flow with accompanying curated jams. For $25, guests will receive the hour-long yoga class from 10:30am to 11:30am, one beer, and thirty minutes of private brewhouse time.
