Easter Dinner at Tradewinds Island Resorts

On Sunday, Mar. 31, the TradeWinds Island Resorts will be offering Easter options in three locations – Grand Palm Colonnade (lobby) and Palm Court Italian Grill at the TradeWinds Island Grand and RumFish Grill at RumFish Beach Resort.

 Grand Palm Colonnade – Easter Brunch Buffet – Seatings at 11 a.m., Noon, 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Sampling of the menu includes a Bacon Bar with four varieties of Bacon, Bacon Wrapped Scallops and Chocolate Covered Bacon; Peel and Eat Shrimp; Made-to-Order Omelet Bar; Belgium Waffles; Waldorf Salad; Traditional Salad Bar; Carving Station with Prime Rib and Glazed Smoked Ham; Yucatán Mahi Mahi; Mojo Chicken Breast and a Pasta Bar with Wild Mushroom Ravioli and Tricolored Rotini and a variety of sauces and toppings. Desserts include Assorted Cakes and Pies, Chocolate Fountain with Fresh Fruit, Mini Mousse Shots and Easter Cupcakes. Prices are $86 per adult, $73 for seniors (ages 60+) and $33.75 per child (ages 4-10). Prices are inclusive of tax and gratuity.

Palm Court Italian Grill – Easter Sunday, March 31, 5:30 – 10 p.m.

Offering two special entrée additions to the regular menu:

  • New Zealand Lamb Chops with Truffled Mashed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables & Mint Demi Glace ($49)
  • Grilled Swordfish with Linguini Pasta, Grilled Asparagus Spears & Heirloom Tomato Relish ($38)

RumFish Grill – Easter Sunday, Mar. 31, 5-10 p.m.

Offering four special additions to the regular menu:

  • Entrée – Pan Seared Halibut with Roasted Potato Medallions & Broccolini & Lavender Honey Glaze ($46)
  • Entrée – Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb with Spring Onion Risotto, Haricot Verts & Mint Demi Glacé ($48)
  • Dessert – Bunny Carrot Patch- Chocolate Brownie Crumbles, Jelly Beans, Candy Carrot Bunny Peeps, Chocolate-Covered Strawberry, Carrot Cake & Vanilla Ice Cream ($12)
  • Specialty Cocktail – Tipsy Bunny with White Rum, Lemonade. Strawberry & a Bunny Peep ($12)
