TIDBITS Local philanthropic club, The St. Pete Fools, is hosting a blood drive in partnership with OneBlood. The group, consisting of businessmen and entrepreneurs, is holding the event to drive blood donations 2/26 from 11am-3pm at their Grand Central District clubhouse, 3263 Fifth Ave. S. Boulevard Burgers & Tap House will be on site serving free burgers to donors. After undergoing major renovations, the first floor of the Nelson Poynter Memorial Library at USF St. Pete has a new look and greater study space for students. The upgrades include 12 new study rooms and state-of-the-art technology to enhance opportunities for collaboration and learning. Also, Melting Pot will be opening on 7th and Central.
