August & September are very busy months for Clothes To Kids (CTK). The more children we serve, the more clothes we need! As we serve a record-breaking number of children this year (up to 50 kids a day), we are seeing major shortages of elementary school clothing for both boys and girls.
Please donate new or quality used clothing to Clothes To Kids today! Clean those closets and ask your friends, neighbors, corporation, or your places of worship to help. We are asking the community to please donate elementary boy and girl clothing to help us clothe the children in both Hillsborough and Pinellas County. Our goal is for every child to go to school with new or quality used clothing so that he or she has the confidence and self-esteem needed to achieve academic success. Girls and boys elementary size clothing (XS-XXL) can be dropped off between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday at Clothes To Kids’ three convenient store locations –

About Clothes To Kids. Founded in 2002, Clothes To Kids (CTK) provides new and quality used clothing to low-income or in crisis school-age children (PreK-4 thru 12th grade) in Pinellas County and Hillsborough county, free of charge. Half of students in Pinellas and Hillsborough County are eligible for free or reduced priced lunch, making them qualified to “shop” at CTK. CTK is privately funded and relies on donations of clothing and funding from the community to sustain operations. Since its inception, CTK has distributed more than 200,000 wardrobes to children in need. CTK has three stores to serve the Greater Tampa Bay community – Clearwater at 1059 N. Hercules Avenue, St. Pete located at 2168 34th Street South and Tampa at 5011 W Hillsborough Ave. Cash donations are fully tax-deductible and can be mailed to 1059 N. Hercules Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33765 or dropped off at one of our three stores. Donations of clothing and shoes are gladly accepted Monday through Friday, 9am to 4:30pm.
