This year has been tough, so the City of St. Pete Beach wants to spread some good cheer and light up the city. The commission has approved to award a neighborhood (condo, civic, citizen, homeowners and island associations) $1,000 to the neighborhood that decorates the best this year. Additionally, they have (4) $75 visa cards to give out to an individual resident in each district!
