Today, the fabulous Caddy’s brand has blossomed to five locations, with one in Bradenton and three more in Pinellas County (John’s Pass, Madeira Beach, and Indian Shores). It’s still the hotspot day and night for sensational food, delicious cocktails, great beer and wine and live music. Bring the family, bring your date, or make new friends. It all starts @ Caddy’s.

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Caddy’s will introduce a weekend breakfast buffet in Spring 2024. There’s something for everyone on the menu, from sharable apps (grouper nuggets, trio of dips, calamari, crab cakes, ahi tuna and Gulf Coast ceviche) to tasty handhelds (grouper, Reuben) and burgers, best with bacon. All your Floribbean faves are here including coconut shrimp as well as steak and a seafood platter. Start with a salad or chowder and save room for key lime pie.
In addition to all the happy hour specials daily till 7pm, Caddy’s serves a terrific early bird menu Mon.- Fri. 3-5pm. On the Final Friday of every month at John’s Pass, come hang out at Caddy’s John’s Pass and Sculley’s where you can enjoy the live band on the big stage at the Gazebo, starting at 6pm.
Caddy’s is part of SunPubs, which also owns Sculleys in John’s Pass and Mad Beach Cantina, as well as MacDintons and Grove. The restaurant group does an amazing job of helping the communities and residents. They sponsor a Hero Initiative, with every restaurant donating a catered lunch to a hero organization (fire & police departments, schools, organizations, etc.) once a week. All restaurants also offer 15% discount for heroes through 12/8. They are working with Kind Mouse on a food drive donation, and the company will match the donation. Also, in December SunPub is working with YMCA Neighbors to Neighbors to collect toys to donate for the month.
Come see for yourself! Be sure to sign up for the rewards program and you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend and receive a $10 discount for every 100 points you redeem. And while you’re there, buy some gifts cards and be sure to bring home some Caddy’s merch including a cool neon cup, cozies and tank tops for those not lucky enough to live or visit Paradise!

Mad Beach Cantina is a favorite neighborhood restaurant and bar serving contemporary Mexican cuisine with a Floribbean flair. Open daily from 12pm-9pm, the views from the airy patio and restaurant, authentic Mexican décor and music are the perfect spot for bringing visiting guests, hosting a party or just hanging with friends over the best margaritas and water view in town.
The food is sensational. Start with Abuela’s spicy pinto bean dip, guacamole, ceviche, cantina corn or Santa Fe eggrolls, filled with chicken tinga, chihuahua cheese, roasted corn and black beans and served with jalapeno poblano ranch. Best of show are the Mad burrito, sizzling fajitas or street tacos (carne asada, beef barbacoa, carnitas, shrimp, grouper, brisket, al pastor and portabello). For entrees, choose between Mexican favorites such as chimichanga, chili relleno, enchilada or quesadilla or go big with the skirt steak marinated in citrus, chili and spices, grilled on an open flame and topped with jalapeno ranch or ranchero shrimp.
The Cantina’s crafted cocktails are ambrosial and now feature frozen margaritas and an outstanding happy hour Mon.-Fri. 12pm-5pm featuring $5 house margaritas, $4 beers, wines and wells. Say Ole to Taco Tuesday’s $5 margaritas and three tacos for the price of two. On the second Saturday every month (12/9), there’s a fun fiesta party with a DJ, dancing, and great food and drink specials kicking off at 5pm.
