#1 Coachman Park Grand Opening Week!
The city of Clearwater and Ruth Eckerd Hall will be celebrating the Grand Re-Opening of Coachman Park with a weeklong celebration (June 28th- July 4th) jam-packed with events, concerts and the return of “Clearwater Celebrates America” Independence Day fireworks over Clearwater Harbor. Headliner concerts at the new The Sound venue include Colbie Caillat & Gavin DeGraw, The Florida Orchestra and Peter Frampton. Other activities include a craft & vendor market, yoga classes, food trucks, a blood drive, wellness walk and kids activities.

#4 Madeira Beach Sunset 5K
Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the Madeira Beach Sunset 5K this Friday, June 30, 6pm. For just $30, you can register for this exciting race and experience the breathtaking beauty of the sunset along the sandy shores plus each participant will receive a Sunset 5K Beach Towel. The run/walk will start at John’s Pass Park. Celebrate a great start to the 4th of July weekend at the post-race party at Hooter’s in John’s Pass.

#5 Kiwanis Midnight Run
Head out to Dunedin this upcoming Monday, July 3rd for the Kiwanis annual Midnight Run. This year you can choose LIVE or VIRTUAL runs at 1 Mile, 5K or 10K distances along the Dunedin Causeway. The live races will start and finish in front of Frenchy’s Outpost Bar and Grill. July 3rd will have a full moon! The course will have lanterns and directional signs, but they recommend a head light & bug spray.
