The Old Salt Fishing Foundation held their 25th Annual Johnny Kellar Inshore Fishing Tournament this past Sunday, January 25, 2015. They had 134 anglers out fishing today for 5 species of fish: Sheepshead, Sea Trout, Black Drum, Flounder and Redfish. They had to postpone the event due to weather – originally fishing was to be Saturday. The weather Sunday was awesome. It was held at Gator’s on the Pass. This event the proceeds will benefit All Children’s Hospital in Johnny Kellar’s name to the hemophilia division. The Old Salts have donated over $80,000 from this event over the past 25 years.
