Heart Healthy Screenings Thursday, Feb. 14 8 a.m.-2 p.m.

The free screenings, which take about 15 minutes, include blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), cholesterol and a pre-screening for diabetes. If the pre-screening indicates someone is at-risk for diabetes, an A1C test may be offered. Screening results are provided and explained on site. Fasting isn’t necessary. Smoking Cessation Class Saturday, Feb. 16 10 a.m.

Valuable tools are provided during this two-hour class to help you quit using tobacco including coping with cravings and physical and emotional symptoms. The class includes free aids to help quit using tobacco while supplies last.
